Volunteers are needed

 The Constitution Committee shall be appointed by the President. This committee will 

be responsible for reviewing and making recommendations for the Associations Constitution and By-laws, and amendments. 

The Education Committee shall concern itself with such things as providing input and partnership in various school projects that add educational value to the school. *

The History Committee shall develop and maintain on-going written account of all 

significant events of the Association. This committee shall establish and maintain archive which shall include copies of all available yearbooks and/or other documentations depicting the evolution of the Dunbar Alumni Association 

The Hospitality Committee shall extend courtesies for the Association to members as appropriate and approved by the President. 

The Membership Committee in conjunction with the Corresponding Secretary and the Finance Secretary shall maintain a current and updated roster of all current members of the Association.

The Nominating Committee will be responsible for keeping a list of qualified candidates and recommend to membership candidates to fill vacancies among the officers and the Board of Directors.

The Public Relations and Publicity Committee shall promote goodwill and advertise the Association's sponsored programs. They may utilize all available media..  

The Scholarship Committee shall be responsible for initiating, determining and implementing the process for selecting the annual scholarship recipient(s) of the alumni scholarship award.  

The Social Affairs Committee shall plan with the Ways and Means Committee, where appropriate affairs related to the development of social programs for the membership, their families, and friends. 

 The Ways And Means Committee is an Ad Hoc committee that will assist the President and the Executive staff, how the organizational goals could be with Finance committee.
